We are always looking forward to greet the majestic whales who seek food in the fjords during the winter time. Humpback whales and Orcas come far into the fjords each year to hunt for herring. This is a very unique phenomenon to witness while sailing in a luxurious and safe atmosphere onboard a catamaran.

The Golden Eagle, our luxurious yacht is located in central Tromsø, and your professional skipper will be waiting to greet you at the dock. Our tour groups are small (up to 12 passengers) in order to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
The environment is also our priority
In order to run an eco-friendly organization, we choose to use sailing boats for the majority of our tours. We also measure the amount of fuel we use and offset our carbon footprint with a carbon neutralizer company.
We know how important the photos are
Need a tripod? No problem, we got one for you at no extra cost. Just ask us when booking if you need a tripod.
Wildlife is the main theme
Wildlife is the main theme during these sailing excursions and we have been fortunate enough to see a variety of wildlife when sailing through the fjords. Apart from Humpback whales and Orca Whales (Killer Whales) we often see eagles, seals, reindeers and other animals as we explore the fjords.
We provide warm suits
We include warm suits on this excursion, however we do recommend to bring proper winter clothing for your maximum comfort. The catamaran is equipped for safe winter sailing with an effective heating system and of course, our skippers have all of the licenses and knowledge needed to make you feel comfortable while out at sea.
A personalized experience
While many other operators have big boats with a lot of people, we care for your personal experience while sailing with us. Our guides would love to answer any questions you may have while sailing. Our crew feeling as if they are out on the water new with friends, while in a professional, safe and comfortable setting.
What about food?
On our tours we take your comfort very seriously and we know how nice it is to have a bite to eat along with warm drinks. Our team will prepare a cozy picnic that can be enjoyed under the sky on our reindeer skins together with fresh coffee and premium teas.
