Experience the power of the North.
At 69 degrees North, the moods of the ever-changing seasons bring a variety of atmospheres to the region around Tromsø. In the winter, the sun is replaced with the polar night, exchanging the light of the sun with saturated greens and purples dancing in the moonlight. Quite contrary to winter, the summer days are long, bright and golden, creating the opportunity to explore the region 24 hours a day.
Tromsø is famously known for both the Northern Lights and one of the most special ways to experience this natural phenomenon is from calmness of a catamaran, gazing at the city line and fjords while at sea. This 3 hour tour operates daily (leaving from Tromsø harbor in the center of town) between November to March.

The Catamaran
The Golden Eagle is a unique Lagoon 440 Catamaran with luxurious accommodation, rebuilt and equipped for the Arctic environment. Onboard we have the opportunity to host larger groups up to 12 people. We have emphasized modern features for explorers who may be in search of that little extra touch of comfort in our large VIP cabin while cruising the Norwegian Fjords around Tromsø and Lyngen.
