Whale Safari
From November to mid-February, Humpback and Orca Whales hunt in large groups far into the Norwegian fjords. They travel this far in hope of finding massive schools of herring that also gather in these waters.
This is a unique and natural event that takes place in the fjords around the Tromsø region. A once in a lifetime experience so special, we believe everyone should take the opportunity to enjoy it with first class service on one of our yachts.
We offer high end comfort in the arctic waters with the guidance of your personal, experienced skipper. We also make sure to respect all of the whale’s home and make sure to never disrupt them in their natural habitat.

In the winter, thick ice layers gather on top of the lakes in the Tromsø area, although it may seem quiet and serene above the water, it is underneath the surface that life is thriving with marine life. Dressed in warm clothing to protect you from the fresh mountain breeze combined with the excitement of waiting for a bite really takes you a step closer to nature.
We only step onto the ice when the conditions are safe and secure. We would only allow guests to go ice fishing when one could drive a car on the lake. Safety first!

The tradition of using dogs for hunting and logistics through snow and over ice is know to be at least 1000 years old. These well trained and intelligent dogs cooperate with their driver as a team where there is a lead dog, point dog, swing dogs and wheel dogs.
Siberian Huskies or Alaskan Malamutes are the main types of dogs that are used for recreational sledding because of their strength, speed and endurance, as well as their ability to withstand the cold.
This is one of the most popular activities in the arctic and you should not miss the unique experience to go dog sledding while here.
