VIP/Overnight Tours

(VIP Sailing, Tailored Tours longer than 5 hours)

  • 70% Refund up to 7 days before the tour
  • 0% Refund for cancellations later than 7 days before the tour
  • Payment confirm your booking, minimum deposit applies at 30%

In case of severely bad weather conditions or other reasons where WE have to cancel the tour we provide you with a 100% refund. No other compensations can be issued for canceled tours, but we will do what we can to help you find another activity instead.

Group bookings of 10 or more guests must cancel 7 days prior to the activity date. If you have to cancel due to sickness or injury, our cancellation policy does not cover this but should be covered by your travel insurance.
Please be on the pick up spot at least 10 minutes before departure time. Arctic Adventure Tours will do their best to identify themselves to guests who are waiting for the transport. However it is the responsibility of the guest be on time and identify themselves to our agents. In case you miss the departure time, the guests are responsible for any costs occured for aquiring transportation to the activity. In some cases it might be to late to reach the activity site in time. All lost payments or extra costs on the guests in these cases are non-refundable.

General policy

We do not accept any liability for personal injuries or other personal events that may result in the cancellation of a booking. In case of severely bad weather conditions or other reasons where WE have to cancel the tour we provide you with a 100% refund. No other compensations can be issued for canceled tours, but we will do what we can to help you find another activity instead.
We do not provide a money back option in case of bad weather on our overnight tours, in the event of bad weather we may spend the night(s) in a protected marina instead of anchoring.
When a booking is made via us to one of our subcontractors or partners, their cancellation policies may apply and overrule our in house policies.
A booking is considered confirmed with us when all or a part of the payment is made to Arctic Travel & Leisure AS’s (Pukka Travels) bank account.

NO-SHOWS OR MISSED TOURS

Please note that we offer no refunds or any type of reimbursement for extra costs due to "no-shows". If you or your party miss your tour, arrive after announced departure time, arrived the wrong date, arrive at the wrong departure point or for any other reason do not show up to join the tour our policy offers 0% refunds. We and our partners will do our best to identify ourselves to guests waiting for the tour, however it's solely the responsibility of the guests to identify yourself and your party to our staff or agent before respective tour departure.

In case you miss the departure time, the guests are responsible for any costs occurred for acquiring transportation to the activity. In some cases it's not possible to transfer to the activity, and if possible it might be to late to reach the activity site in time. All lost payments or extra costs on the guests in these cases are non-refundable. We kindly ask you to check the booking confirmation details before your tour, and for further questions you can reach our support team at support@pukkatravels.com minimum 48 hours before the tour departure.

IN CASE OF ILLNESS OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please note that we offer no refunds or reimbursement for illness or other medical conditions that may result in you or your party not being able to participate in a tour. For cancellation and refunds we refer to our standard cancellation and refund policies. If you need to cancel you tour due to illness or other medical conditions outside the timeframe of our official cancellation policy we refer you to contact your personal travel insurance.
